ER 309
Instruction:
The ER309 welding wire mainly consists of 22Cr-12Ni. If it coordinates
with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux 57601, its welding Line has
good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion
and crack. It would not increase Si or C. If burn , it has little Cr and
Ni. Due to a high content of alloy, it has good high thermal resistance ability.
Use:
It's usually used to weld carbon steel and stainless
dissimilar materials, sometimes to weld martensite and pearlite steel with poor
toughness, such as petrochemical industry, fire power station and other
industries.
