Chrome stainless steel welded poor, should pay attention to the welding process, heat treatment conditions and the appropriate choice of welding. 
     2, chrome 13 stainless steel after welding sclerosing large, prone to cracking. If after using the same type of chromium stainless steel electrode (G202, G207) welding, must be above 300 ℃ preheating and soldering slow cooling process about 700 ℃. If you can not post weld heat treated weldments, should be used chrome-nickel stainless steel electrode (A107, A207). 
     3, 17 chromium stainless steel, to improve the corrosion resistance and weldability, and an appropriate amount of an appropriate increase in the stability of the elements Ti, Nb, Mo, etc., compared to 13 chromium stainless steel welding better. When using the same type of chromium stainless steel rod (G302, G307), the tempering treatment should be carried out above 200 ℃ preheating and welding of about 800 ℃.      6, chrome-nickel stainless steel with titanium calcium type coating and low hydrogen type. Titanium calcium type can be used for AC and DC, but AC weld penetration depth is shallow, while easy redness, so far as possible the use of DC power. Diameter of 4.0 and below can be used for all-position welding parts, 5.0 and above for flat welding and fillet welding. 
     7, the electrode should be kept dry using titanium calcium type should be dried 150 ℃ 1 hours, low hydrogen type should be dried 200 ~ 250 ℃ 1 hr (not repeated drying, otherwise easy to crack and peel the skin drug) to prevent electrode sticky coating of oil and other dirt in order to avoid increasing the carbon content and the resulting weld affect weldment quality. 
     8, in order to prevent the heat generated due to corrosion between the eye, the welding current should not be too large, fewer than about 20% of the carbon electrode, the arc should not be too fast cooling between the layers, in order to narrow weld appropriate. 
     9, welding dissimilar steel welding rod should be carefully selected to prevent the improper selection of welding or high-temperature thermal cracking occurs due to σ phase precipitation heat treatment, the metal embrittlement. Referring to stainless steel and dissimilar steel welding rod selection criteria were chosen, and take appropriate welding process.
